Amir Azarvan is an assistant professor of political science at Georgia Gwinnett College. His primary research interests are in the areas of human rights and religion. His work has appeared in such venues as the Journal of North African Studies, the Journal of African Policy Studies and the Catholic Social Science Review. He is the editor of a forthcoming book titled, Re-Introducing Christianity: An Eastern Apologia for a Western Audience (Wipf & Stock).
