Anja Grob is a recent graduate from Switzerland and currently studies Arabic in Beirut. She holds a Master in Development Studies from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a major in Political Science and a minor in Modern History from the University of Zurich. Her research interest are state-building, governance and democratization in the Levant and Lebanon in particular.
