Arzuu Sheranova has worked in the non-governmental sector in Kyrgyzstan for the past 5 years, focusing on conflict mitigation, negotiation, good governance and program development. Currently, she is the Project Coordinator of Saferworld’s Central Asia community security program in Osh. In 2010-2013, she worked as a Program Development Officer with International Resources Group in the USAID-funded Transition Initiative program. Arzuu holds a Master’s degree on Central Asian politics and security from the OSCE Academy in Bishkek.
