Nadine El-Nabli is an Egyptian-American who obtained an M.A. in Gender & Sexuality from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London. Her research focuses primarily on the intersection between gender and nationalism, as well as queer movements and cultural resistance in the Middle East and North Africa. She also holds a B.A. in Integrated Social Sciences from Jacobs University in Bremen, Germany. Nadine has completed internships and research projects with Human Rights Watch and the Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies.
