Phoebe Bierly @PhoebeBierly

Phoebe Bierly currently works in the Middle East and North Africa division of a human rights organization based in Washington, DC., and has previously conducted research on historic and current political and cultural developments in North Africa at several think-tanks. Phoebe studied Arabic in Morocco as a recipient of the U.S. Department of Stateís Critical Language Scholarship. Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with honors from the University of California, Davis, and also attended the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
