Login Issues
If you are running into an issue logging into your account, or when accessing membership-only content, try these three solutions.
Clear your browser cache. Sometimes old information gets stuck in your browser cache, and clearing the cache will get rid of it. To clear your cache in Google Chrome:
- Open your browser’s menu in the top corner
- Go to “More tools” and click “Clear browsing data…”
- Make sure “Cached images and files” is selected in this screen, and then click “Clear data”

Check browser version. If you have an older browser, some behind-the-scenes systems might not work quite as expected with the website. Check your browser version by following these steps:
- Open your browser’s menu in the top corner
- Go to Help, and click “About…”
- If your browser lets you know that an update is available, download it now
- Reopen the page where you were experiencing an issue
Make sure javascript is working in your browser. Javascript powers parts of the membership system. So if it’s disabled on your browser, such as through an adblocker or browser settings, certain features of the membership system may not be able to work.
Here’s how to check if javascript is enabled:

- If javascript is not enabled, check in your browser settings using this guide
- If javascript is enabled in your browser settings but doesn’t seem to be working on the Muftah website, check your browser plugins for ones that might be blocking javascript, such as adblockers or privacy plugins, and whitelist the Muftah website
